When you are shopping with us you are automatically accepting our sales conditions below. This is why we advise you to thoroughly read through all of the below terms and conditions before you make an order and familiarise yourself with the extend document in the Privacy Policy page.
Payment
We need a personal identifier (an ID number) to process your order to provide you with an invoice. Examples of these are DNI number for Spain Codice Fiscale for Italy. (This for those citizens of countries that have ID cards)
Payment is not accepted until availability for your size is confirmed to you via email by us.
Once availability is confirmed and you have received the link or details depending on your chosen method of payment, and payment has been completed and received, the merchandise is shipped to you immediately.

Payment Method
We currently accept payments via Paypal and Direct Bank transfers only In the case of Bank Transfer the conversion costs and the costs of the bank transfer are on the customers expense. Jerelyn Creado is not liable for these costs. The amount communicated to the customer is what Jerelyn Creado should receive in full.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are indicated in Euros (€).
Shipping and Handling
Shipping to all countries in the European Union are free.
The following table contains additional costs for shipments to the United States and the rest of the world.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, USA, Canada and others the costs vary and note that you are in charge for duty in your country.

Please be advised, your package may be delivered to the nearest DHL Express service point in case of missed delivery due to absence. DHL will leave you a card with the information and the address of the service point. Please contact us on enquiry@jerelyncreado.com for any assistance you may need.
Any packages not picked up from the service point that ends up being returned to our warehouse will incur shipping costs and custom duties were they may apply and customer will only be refunded part of the amount; minus the shipping fees and custom duties where they apply.
What do I do if I have received the wrong item or my item is faulty?
In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect item or a faulty item, you should immediately get in touch with us on enquiry@jerelyncreado.com
Returns
Jerelyn Creado is happy to accept returns based on the Terms and Conditions Policy.
You do however have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receiving.
Write to us on enquiry@jerelyncreado.comto receive instructions on returns.
We are unable to accept items that have been worn. The products must be in the original packaging and the packing must be intact with all its accessories and Certificate of Authenticity.
As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will resend the new correct size as per your requirement. The only circumstance in which Jerelyn Creado will return the money is in the unlikely event of the shoes being faulty due to a manufacturing process issue.
Original condition
Of course, it’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don’t actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
Shoes will not be returned if:
They have been worn outside and therefore dirty at the bottom
Shoes have been damaged (this is the leather or the heel)
Provided that the conditions above are met. We are only able to credit the account (Paypal or Bank account) that was used to purchase the items. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. Jerelyn Creado is responsible for the return expenses but please remember to insure the shipment as we cannot be held liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit. Jerelyn Creado is liable to pay for shipping on returns the first time only, if the product does not satisfy, (size fit is still not correct) the customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance.
