Use the size guide to measure your feet and confirm the centimetres of your feet match the size above it before you order to make sure you order the correct size. Please make sure to read terms and conditions.
You can pay via PayPal or Direct bank transfer or by credit or debit card once you’ve added item to the basket.
Incase of Bank Transfer, you will receive an email with bank details once you’ve completed your order.
All prices on our website include VAT where applicable or any charges for the applicable sales tax in the country of delivery.
All Jerelyn Creado® orders are shipped from Italy, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. These charges vary and are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient of the order. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping to all countries in the European Union are free.
The following table contains additional costs for shipments to the United States and the rest of the world.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, USA, Canada and others the costs may vary and note that you are in charge for duty in your country.

Yes, you can change them for a different size.
Free returns on all orders above 300€ within Europe; you have 14 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase. Jerelyn Creado will send you a return label.
Please note that, if any, custom duties will be paid by the customer.
Returns are free for selected countries with free shipping. If you’re returning from a country outside of the EU, costs of returns will be need to be covered by you.
Please send us an email on enquiry@jerelyncreado.com to organise your shoes to be returned.
Return is free on orders above 300€.
If returning a full order of over 300€ a charge may apply, while return charge is exempt if the return is of only one item from the order. For example : An order consisting two shoes will have a free return if customer retains one of the two items.
Size exchange on shoes below 300€ are free for customers in the EU.
We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
There should not be any items missing from the box, e.g. a warranty card or the plastic film below the shoes or dust bag
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on jerelyncreado.com that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of shoes.
IMP: The shoes have to be in the condition as they were sent, used, dirty and damaged or missing accessories of shoes will not be refunded.
Refunds take between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the country they are being returned from. The shoes need to be checked to see if they are in perfect condition as they were sent to you before we process refunds.
If shoes are found to be worn, damaged or any accessories missing we will inform you via email and refunds will not be processed as a result returns will not be accepted and shoes will be sent back to you.
This will all be at clients cost. Jerelyn Creado® will not pay for returns of used or damaged items.
Refund via PayPal – We will not be able to refund you full amount if you have paid via PayPal, this is due to the commission deducted by PayPal on your payment which is not returned to us on refund. The maximum amount is 3.5% of the total you have paid for your shoes. We try our best to refund all your money, this is obviously up to PayPal and not Jerelyn Creado
Shipping costs for returns varies from country to country. From Spain or France return shipping for returns costs approximately 18 euros and total shipping for change of size might cost anywhere between 18 euros to 30 euros, please email enquiry@jerelyncreado.com to know the exact cost.
Jerelyn Creado does not take responsibility for late delivery if delays in shipping are caused due to weather, busy season or errors made by the shipping company.
