What do I do after I have chosen my shoe and want to purchase?

Use the size guide to measure your feet and confirm the centimetres of your feet match the size above it before you order to make sure you order the correct size. Please make sure to read terms and conditions.

How can I pay for my shoes?

You can pay via PayPal or Direct bank transfer. You click on ‘Purchase’ once the designer receives an email with your enquiry, she then sends you a confirmation of availability and a payment link.

Will, I be charged VAT?

All prices on our website include VAT where applicable or any charges for the applicable sales tax in the country of delivery.

I live outside of Italy; will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

All Jerelyn Creado orders are shipped from Italy, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. These charges vary and are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient of the order. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

What are delivery costs?

Delivery to Europe is free, USA and Rest of the World can be found on or shipping information page.

What if the shoes don’t fit, can I exchange them?

Yes, you can change them for a different size.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns on any orders currently; you will need to pay for items to be shipped back to Italy. However, we do offer collection services. Therefore, you can return your purchase by paying for the shipping and we organise our shipping company to collect the items for your home.

Returns Policy

We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

There should not be any items missing from the box, e.g. a warranty card or the plastic film below the shoes

How many days do I have before I can change or return if shoes don’t fit me?

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on jerelyncreado.com that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

IMP: The shoes have to be in the condition as they were sent, used, dirty and damaged or missing accessories of shoes will not be refunded.

How long do refunds take after I have returned shoes?

Refunds take between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the country they are being returned from. The shoes need to be checked to see if they are in perfect condition as they were sent to you before we process refunds.

If shoes are found to be worn, damaged or any accessories missing we will inform you via email and refunds will not be processed as a result returns will not be accepted and shoes will be sent back to you.

This will all be at clients cost. Jerelyn Creado will not pay for returns, size change shipping.

Important information Refund via PayPal

Refund via PayPal – We will not be able to refund you full amount if you have paid via PayPal, this is due to the commission deducted by PayPal on your payment which is not returned to us on refund. The maximum amount is 3.5% of the total you have paid for your shoes. We try our best to refund all your money, this is obviously up to PayPal and not Jerelyn Creado

How much does shipping cost for returns?

Shipping costs for returns varies from country to country. From Spain or France return shipping for returns costs approximately 18 euros and total shipping for change of size might cost anywhere between 18 euros to 30 euros, please email enquiry@jerelyncreado.com to know the exact cost.
